These terms govern your use of SnagAFlight (snagaflight.com), operated by Roberta Cerami from Ireland. The service is available to users worldwide. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
SnagAFlight is a travel comparison platform. We show live flight fares via Travelpayouts/Aviasales and link to WayAway (hotels), Rentalcars.com (cars) and other approved Travelpayouts partners for tours, transfers and eSIM. Booking.com joins when our program is approved. Optional free accounts let you save searches, manage price alerts and sign in with Google or Facebook/Meta. We do not sell travel products — bookings are completed on partner websites.
2. Worldwide availability
The site is offered globally. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws in your country. Some partner offers may not be available in all regions.
3. Prices and availability
Flight prices shown on SnagAFlight come from Travelpayouts and must be verified on Aviasales before booking. Hotel and car searches open partner sites where final price, taxes, fees and availability are confirmed. We never display fabricated fares.
4. Affiliate relationships
We may earn commission when you book via our links. This does not increase the price you pay. Snag Score™ rankings are independent of commission rates.
5. Acceptable use
No scraping, automated bulk access, reverse engineering, or unlawful use. Do not interfere with site security or other users.
6. Intellectual property
SnagAFlight, Snag Score™ and site design are our property. Partner trademarks belong to their owners. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
7. Disclaimer
Information is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not a travel agent. We are not liable for partner cancellations, schedule changes, pricing errors, or travel disruptions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages arising from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.
9. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights in your country of residence (EU, UK, US states, and elsewhere) remain unaffected. These terms do not replace partner booking conditions.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Irish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. EU/UK consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence where EU/UK law allows.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
